Systems & Automation

Automating a broken process gives you a broken process that runs faster and costs more to fix. We start by mapping what actually happens — including the undocumented workarounds your best people invented — decide what should be eliminated before anything is automated, and only then build.

What's included

The actual scope.

Not every engagement uses every line. We scope to what moves your number and say so when something on this list would be waste.

  • Process mapping and time-and-motion analysis of the current state
  • Buy-versus-build assessment against your existing licensed software
  • Integration layer between the systems you already pay for
  • Document generation and worksite build-out packages
  • AI where it holds up: extraction, classification, drafting, retrieval, summarization
  • Human-in-the-loop checkpoints on anything that touches money, safety or compliance
  • Runbooks, monitoring, failure alerting and an owner for every automation

Where we differ

The enterprise tool you already own usually wins.

A large share of our automation engagements end with us configuring something in your existing Microsoft, Google or ERP license instead of building custom software. It is cheaper for you, it is supported by a vendor with a security team and an SLA, and it survives us. Custom code is the right answer when the process is your actual competitive advantage — and considerably less often than the market currently pretends.

Questions

Asked and answered.

Is this "AI agents"?

Some of it. But an agent that quietly emails a customer the wrong price is not a productivity gain, it is a liability. We put language models where they are reliable — reading, classifying, drafting, retrieving — and we put deterministic code and human approval where correctness is not optional.

What if the automation breaks after you leave?

Every workflow ships with a named internal owner, a runbook, monitoring and an alert path. If nobody at your company can be that owner, we tell you before we build it rather than after.
